Approximately 25 short paragraphs of text here - should be no problem
for computer nerds - most hams will probably understand most of it

National Institute of Science and Technology has published a new
special document pertaining to digital identities and security. More
than 1,000 comments were received during the year long synthesis
phase.

This is mostly over my head but it seems that "state issued photo ID"
is being replaced by selfies; and maybe selfies of finger prints or
eyeballs or nose hair or something - or maybe people will breath on
their cellphone to deposit some DNA for a quick scan

One problem - the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is coming out
with their own document soon - but they have been collaborating with
NIST along the way
