one student shot another student the 911 tape included with this newspaper article is actually a radio tape - most likely the Broadcastify Coles County feed - the feed is scanning several channels - as shown here - https://www.broadcastify.com/listen/feed/3831 ems not dispatched on initial call just one 911 call initially not sure if they announced that the shooter was in custody no one established "police command" nor "ems command" initially - at least 9 minutes into the incident from what I have heard so far no doubling - but very little tactical comms on this incident - essentially it was over before police arrived per newspaper report - a teacher tackled the gunman maybe ems entered scene before it was declared safe openness - live scanner audio -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
