3 seperate talkgroups are patched together apparently I am guessing that this setup gives them really crappy coverage versus having 1 integrated system that would give them stupendous coverage the crux of the problem is - when FD 1 goes into FD 2's area, does FD 1 radios still work? - the answer is NO! (or barely) if FD1 goes into FD2 area - then FD1 radios should switch over to FD2's system - thats how you get good coverage - but of course they cant do that - because if they could - they wouldn't need this darn fool patch system that accomplishes nothing or not -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
