can reconfirm that the Brockton FD dispatcher can transmit on 153.83 - heard today at 1537 PM via Rangecast - order was given to evacuate the bld on both Ch 2 and Ch 4 at the same time - was a 2nd alarm at that point - later a 3rd alarm was sent
