Boston response levels

based on several hours of listening to 462.975 R and 453.65 -

"medical alarms" get a response of 1 BFD unit and 1 BEMS BLS ambulance (amb)

"unknown medical" gets the same response

"respiratory distress" for BFD / "asthmatic" for BEMS - gets a
response of 1 BFD unit and 1 BEMS BLS amb and 1 BEMS ALS amb

"cardiac disorder" gets 1 BFD unit + 1 BEMS ALS amb + 1 BEMS BLS amb

"EDP3" gets 1 BEMS BLS amb

"stroke" gets 1 BEMS BLS amb

"EDP" gets 1 BEMS BLS amb and PD

"minor illness" or "Il 2" gets 1 BEMS BLS amb

"Pedestrian struck 2" gets 1 BEMS BLS amb + ?

possibly BEMS units have onboard computers which allow them to see the
comments from the 911 calltakers immediately as they are typed into
the CAD - there was 1 call where the BEMS dispatcher asked A2 if they
were responding to a call, and A2 responded that the party was being
taken by car, and the dispatcher concurred in allowing A2 to disregard
the call
