I dont understand - she looked right at it as it fell - and kept walking into its path maybe she doesnt believe in trigonometry maybe she only watches cartoons on TV maybe she never saw a tree fall before in her life - that could very well be true even if you were in a big hurry to get to shelter - if you saw the tree starting to fall - wouldnt you stop rather than try to run under it? maybe she thought she could run faster than the tree could fall - maybe she saw one tree fall in her life - and it fell over very slowly let me look at that tape again OK - she was looking away as the tree rocked - then when it started to fall she took 3 more steps - yeah - thats probably a normal reaction time especially if the wind is blowing you down the street the camera angle "sees" more than she "saw" -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
