heard today via Rangecast - some field unit requested a radio check and Knox Box on 33.82R - the field unit was heard as loud as the dispatcher which is what makes me think that a 33.82 repeater was being heard - they could have portables on 153.77 and 153.95 that are linked via MO3 to the lowband repeater system (which is apparently 33.82R with 31.02 as the input - so the comm path from a portable might be - 153.77 >> 31.02 >> 33.82R or 153.95 >> 31.02 >> 33.82R
