I checked the tape at Broadcastify - some cop did call it in via radio - apparently no one found anything - I am not sure how the message made it to 158.91 - it almost sounded like the same cop on the feed and on 158.91 - but I am not sure how that would be possible - I suppose it is more likely that the dispatcher did a all channels message - but I did not hear that on the tape - the only logical explanation that I can think of is - cop called it in on 460.225R - units were sent on 460.225R - and then the dispatcher did a special alert on 158.91
