I was just reading a book from a doctor last week when doing my laundry - I grabbed it from our library on the first floor - was a 10 year old book - he was talking about taming the immune system - C reactive protein was a big deal in this book - they way he was talking - it sounded like the immune system has a million ways to kill us - and heart issues were part of it IIRC I picture it this way - you get little micro tears in the endothelial layers of your arteries - then anything can start to grow in there - and then your immune system gets activated in order to try to fix the problem - if the immune response is too strong, it will cook you alive basically I have raw garlic and raw tumeric and raw ginger in the fridge - a little bit eveyday keeps the doctor away - so help me gawd - better help me, otherwise I am screwed all of them herbs have been shown to kill viruses and bacterias in the lab - eating them raw put the chemicals straight into your bloodstream from your mouth afaik - cant beat that with a stick - hopefully -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
