1. if there is a press conference at Boston PD HQ - I cannot go there
and ask questions - but reporters can

2. if there is a big fire - reporters with press passes can get closer
to the scene than the public can - maybe

3. in some cities police provide special radios to the police

4. apparently the "press" are special - why is this? probably in order
to serve as a conscious for bureaucracies

5. someone who describes the press as 'failing' or 'lying' or 'fake'
or 'evil' - what kind of person is that? someone who loves and adores
bureaucracies and all of their failings?
