yes that makes more sense than saying "median of 6 minutes 90% of time"

they are doing a hair better than meeting their goal - 6 minute median
for Priority 1 calls

median = the number in the middle of the range of values - like the
median in the highway - its the number in the middle - if the numbers
are 1 666 999 - then 666 is the median

I wonder if they disregard any values over 12 minutes - that might
give them a median of 6 minutes no matter what their "real" average is
