looking at the map on the front page - most of the divisions seem to
be counties - but some are not - are they weather zones or fire
weather zones - I can see that California, Idaho, and Colorado have
these non county zones - maybe in mountain areas

under the map is the option to obtain weather by county - but there is
no obvious mention of weather zones

wow - looking at New England - those are not county boundaries at all
- could they be fire weather zones or weather zones? - whats a weather
zone? - an area where weather is usually homogeneous?
