17 minute video my bottom line / my understanding of the situation ---- the pilot got into fog - he was not really well trained nor prepared to handle it - doing a 'check flight' wearing a hood is NOT the same as suddenly straying into a fog bank 11:00 on the tape - between 2010 and 2019 twenty (medevac) copters have crashed the same way - YIKES ear plays tricks on pilots balance 2nd thought - he should have been aware that he might end up in the fog - but he probably thought he was prepared to handle the fog because he had practiced - but he had not practiced in the "real" "real" really real world (if you know what I am saying) I see there is also a 30 minute video from the account about the crash - looks like they have a discussion between several people about the crash -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
