per 5/2021 oems list - dcharest shows as ops manager for Vital in Worcester and Community in Marlboro. He also shows as ops manager for Marlboro / Hudson which have same phone numbers and addresses as Community.
Vital has their own comm center per their website. AMR bought both Vital and Community in 2015. I wonder if Vital actually dispatches Community? part time maybe? Vital had a base in Clinton in 2015. Does not show at Vital website nor on Google Maps. Community had a base in Natick in 2015.
