this is very rare - essentially a brand new FD and a brand new fire station in the last 2 years they are part of ESD 3 - ESD 3 supports the Bloomsburg FD and this new station - apparently the Bloomsburg Chief is also the ESD 3 chief - or this new station at Smyrna is actually part of the Bloomsburg FD - or maybe officially the Bloomsburg FD has been changed into the Cass County ESD 3 FD and this new station at Smyrna is a sub station of the ESD 3 FD closest stations are 6 miles to N and NW and SW - maybe 12 miles to east and SE - they are covering an large area that essentially has had no protection in the past SE is Louisiana and East is Arkansas - lets hope they have mutual aid with them -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
