hard to imagine that any argument could get before the supreme court
and lead to mass confusion - doesnt anyone have the ability to break
the topic down into morsel sized bits for the supremes?

imagine if someone brought a proposal to the head of NASA and was
confusing metric units for English units - you would have to bring 100
experts to swear that 1 metre was not the same as 1 foot or 1 yard or
1 mile - and then try to argue that the yard was acting in bad faith

we are looking at the intersection of high technology and the
political / legal system - and someone stole the stop signs at the
intersection
