================ unknown how true this is Handy tip: My friend who works for caltrans told me because it always happens in the fast lane, always drive in the slow lanes at night because wrong way drivers believe they are driving on the right side of the road and see the headlights and believe they are on a divided highway, they have no clue and they stay to the far right which, if going the wrong way is actually the far left, the fast lane.
