dont really agree with this on the scanner in the boston area - a cardiac arrest means that a person is down and needs CPR and more - everything else is chest pains or heart attack (police might say this) or cardiac problem or cardiac event or cardiac disorder or some such thing in general vernacular / vocabulary - 'arrest' means that the police put handcuffs on someone - the police stop someone from fleeing - "attack" means to use violence basically or be very aggressive / mean / angry / turtleboyish -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
