the ground troops should have approached that fire from the north and south

the roads are complicated - and some have gates - but the roads are
very wide and are in very good shape - they are somewhat hilly but not
too bad

it looks like 1190 is on the edge of a cliff - so the FD could have
set up a ladder pipe in the street and thrown water over the houses

FD could have also accessed the areas below via the other side streets

it will be interesting if we can find out exactly where the first 5
engines set up - dont hold your breath for that info

there is a hydrant at the croner near 1190

there is a huge reservoir nearby but it apparently was empty
