5 minute video - they have aed and oxygen and small trauma kit - all engines on plumas NF have aed all hazard = not only wildfires - also respond to medical calls and car fires and maybe even bld fires - but no mention of scba - no jaws either - but they have bolt cutters and maybe pry bars - no ground ladder mentioned - have 2 miles of hose - have 600 gallon tank - go thru radio batteries quickly crew of 5 - fire engine operator = apparatus operator = driver = engineer - iirc their ranks on the engine are - captain + engine operator + assistant engine operator + firefighter - something like that - its slightly different from city FDs in CA - 'fire equipment operator' might be a dozer driver or a water tender driver - they might require a CDL - not sure female firefighter - maybe DEI - maybe lesbian and proud of it - she didnt say explicitly - just mentioning for indexing porpoises -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
