24 page presentation with full color photos of vehicles and equipment

initial response is 2 vehicles and 6 people - they have 9 vehicles in total

basically - they can respond and ID and chemicals and biologics and
radiation at a scene - they also have comm gear to call in the rest of
the Army if needed

"wide area repeater" - ????

this is the 95th CST - there are approx 100 of the teams - each has 22
fulltime natl guard staff - they respond 24/7

this particular team covers all of northern california

their turnout time is 30 minutes or 90 minutes or something - dont
expect them to show up quick - they can fly via helo - but unknown if
they ever do - they dont have their own dedicated helo apparently
