apparently 1 or 2 of their 2-chiefs died recently so they merged the 2 fire companies
presently they are hiring 4 part time captains - they will get $2,000 stipends plus their response stipends this is in windsor county the 2 vfc are ascutney and west weathersfield - they are both in the Town of Weathersfield apparently there was some vote taken to merge the 2 FDs - maybe by the voters - there was a FD improvement committee that was meeting before the merger - perhaps they suggested the merger -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
