apparently there was NO alert 2 nor alert 3 called - just logan fd responded

there was no radio traffic on bfd ch1 about any incident at logan
around that time - per scanner feed

the IC however told the fire dispatcher to cancel any outside
companies that were responding - the dispatcher just echoed the
message

seems we have a failure to communicate somewhere - the IC thought he
had or might have outside units responding but he didnt - (yes we have
none of those)
