freeze your carbs before eating them

eat fat and protein with carbs

eat carbs last in a meal

eat with acid / vinegar

avoid highly processed carbs

exercise lightly after eating - clean up the dishes for example

lentils and beans and peas (should be / can be) eaten with carbs
