per comment - "delayed alarm" - its so common we have a 'catch phrase' for it
@KL-jr5ip According to what I heard, it was spotted at 14:45 but nobody called 911 until 14:51 and the fire dept was "on its way" by 14:55. So at LEAST 10 minutes if not more before they arrived. Not that that is bad. Its still very good. But trying to clarify the record.
