he did not give any probability - but there have only been approx 4
big quakes in the area since 1906 - so a 7.0 could happen at any time
due to decades of unrelieved creep in the faults - and San Ramon is
getting a swarm right now (last 2 months)

this guy seems to be very smart and not overly alarmist - he sure
seems top be a real geologist
