It is frequently dispatched for major local incidents and provides mutual aid to surrounding communities. Staffing: In recent years, the city has increased staffing levels to ensure Ladder 2 remains a fully staffed unit rather than a reserve. Standard staffing for such a company typically includes a Lieutenant and at least two firefighters.
