turnout times around 1 minute perhaps - we didnt time it but there are
several turnouts here that can be timed (from when the doors open)

pretty sure that the engines and rescues have 4 people each - the
ladders and command posts have 2 people - iirc they run 150 engines
and 12 ladders and 8 rescues and maybe 4 command posts - approx 100
stations total - average time for first unit is 5 minutes to arrive
and 6 minutes for 2nd unit - but thats the average iirc - not the 90%
value
