they cant handle the simplest radio messages anymore

they dont know their own callsigns versus the people who they are calling

they have no idea what a line box is

they have no idea what coverage is

they have no idea what a fire response is

they have zero idea where any of the fire stations are located

20 messages to handle 1 simple car crash that probably doesnt even
require a FD response

and now she is on the wrong channel

and now they are cancelling everyone as we guessed they would

they really need to blow up the whole system and start over

1 psap / dispatch center per county - 1 FD per county - 1 pd per
county - 1 ambulance service per county - 1 radio system per county -
(only exception - maybe put boston and brookline and newton into 1
special county - for 911 dispatch purposes at least - [ kick out east
boston - send them back to brazil - or make them a Bomberos Militare
Outpost - better yet - revere and winthrop and chelsea and east boston
and logan will be considered as middlesex county for 911 dispatch
purposes)

they could probably cut response times in half just making these
simple changes - its not like they were going to start using nuclear
powered imaginary drones or something complicated

everybody is stuck in 1910 - its NOT 1910 anymore

when did boston get their first mutual aid telegraph circuits for the
fire boxes? back around 1870?

boston fire society was formed in 1718 !!!!! -
