Compile with debugging info first. Otherwise the info you post doesn't
make any sense. (Also run mrxvt with mrxvt -dmask all -dlevel debug).

Yes. They only replace "?:" with "? NULL :". (See the diff online)

It will not, you must subscribe first.

Unless some obvious error shows up in the debugging info I won't be able
to help. I never use cygwin, so perhaps someone else with cygwin might
be able to help you out,
