These don't look like gcc errors. It looks like the call to
XStringToKeysym did not recognise any of the above names. What happens
when you run xev and press the above keys. Do you see the same names?

PS: Also try the latest release from subversion. Jehan changed None to
    NoSymbol in a few places which may (or may not) help you.
