Great! I regularly get emails complaining things don't work on Cygwin.
Since I have no access to Cygwin, I usually respond saying 'Tough.
Unless you send me a windows box, I wont be able to help. If you send me
a windows box, I'll put linux on it and send it back to you (i.e. I
still won't be able to help).

Could you either add a link to your site on the wiki? Alternately, if
you put a few notes on the wiki about it, it'll be edited by whomever
needs to...

Hmm. The configure script is automatically generated. This change
belongs somewhere in configure.ac. But unfortunately configure.ac
doesn't have any reference to dll's.

Perhaps I should just regenerate the configure scripts with a more
recent version of autoconf. Does anyone else know what's going on here?
