No no. Install the correct termcap / terminfo file. Setting TERM=xterm
*might* give problems later. The xterm terminfo entry is constantly
evolving, and we don't implement all of those capabilities...

PS: Our terminfo is in mrxvt.terminfo somewhere in the source directory.
    Install using tic.
