Hi everyone! I have not been a very active mrxvt developer lately (but who has?), though I still have some secret hope, in my heart, that some day I will come back and finish what I started (full UTF-8 support). Chances are not high, but who knows!
Anyway lately, I am mostly a GIMP developer (and self-promo, I'm making a 2D animation film drawn on GIMP, you can crowdfund there: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/zemarmot-libre-movie-made-with-free-software/). And we've had problems with Sourceforge. We actually "officially" left them in 2013, but kept a copy of Windows installers there, just because too many links around the web would end up broken. Yesterday we learnt that they started to impersonate the GIMP project by taking away our account, not answering emails, and changing our installers by other ones to install additional software in the same time as GIMP. So I'm calling on people to leave Sourceforge, and since mrxvt is the only project still on Sourceforge, amongst the ones I am officially a developer of (though again quite inactive, yes, I know, sorry! :p), I am proposing that we host our code somewhere else. There are a few associative hosts for Free Software. I know one (tuxfamily.org), which I use very often for my personal projects. This is the one I would personally advise. If you know better places, I don't mind. But let's just leave Sourceforge, nowaydays this is a nest of scam. Thanks all!
