You have to move your mouse *above* the mrxvt window for mrxvt to start
scrolling the viewport when text is selected. Worarounds:

    1. Press 'Ctrl+slash', and have the scrollback buffer opened in Vim.
       Now select to your hearts content using the keyboard / mouse.

    2. Enable scrollbar. Scroll up and right-click to extend your
       selection.

    3. Patch the code. (Though I'm not sure what can be done here, since
       the cursor is at the top of the window, and not above the top of
       the window. So detecting that you actually want the text scrolled
       would be problematic).
