The Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal (UNFV, Peru) and the Society for Epistemology and Logic (SEPLO, Peru) are pleased to invite submissions for contributed talks and panel discussions for the upcoming online event Logic and Meaning: Colloquium on Gottlob Frege’s Legacy, which will take place between 1–4 October 2025. This international colloquium will explore the lasting impact of Gottlob Frege, one of the founding figures of modern logic and analytic philosophy. We invite contributions that engage with various aspects of Frege’s legacy, including but not limited to his work on logic, the philosophy of language, mathematics, and his influence on later philosophers. Keynote speakers Susanne Bobzien (University of Oxford) Maria Jose Frapolli (University College London) Gottfried Gabriel (Universität Jena) Marco Ruffino (University of Campinas) Ed Zalta (Stanford University) Submission Guidelines We welcome proposals in English or Spanish on for the following formats: Contributed Talks Talks should be 30 minutes long (including 10 minutes for discussion). A 500 words anonymised abstract should be submitted through the following Google Form: https://forms.gle/WbFfCCBBGCMLJFSv7 Panel Discussions Panels should consist of 3-4 speakers and run for 90 minutes in total. The submission should include a panel title, an overall abstract (up to 500 words) outlining the panel’s theme and structure, and brief biographies of all participants. Este coloquio internacional explorará el impacto duradero de Gottlob Frege, una de las figuras fundacionales de la lógica moderna y la filosofía analítica.
