That is true. The reason is I did not subscribe (which would be the case had I 
filled in the Email in the preference form and I did not want to receive 
duplicate broadcasts).

Where would an email end up if $[{\rm axiom-developer}]$ prefix to the title is

If that is the reason, why import the email into a Wiki page at all? Wouldn't 
it be neater simply to discard the email if the originating email address is 
not in registered email address list?
