Tiny bugfix for 1.4 and 1.5

Hi.

The following did not work as expected in mathopd 1.4 and 1.5

  Control {
   Alias /users
   Location public_html
   UserDirectory On
  }

This is now fixed in the latest versions, 1.5p3 and 1.4p4. If you do not
need UserDirectory there is no reason to upgrade.
