ಸರ್ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ತುಂಬಾ ಉತ್ತಮವಾದದ್ದು. ಆದರೆ ಅದು ನಿಮ್ಮಂತಹ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಅಥವಾ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವಂತಹ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇರುವ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ Target 40/50 ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಅದೇ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುತ್ತೀರ್ಣವಿಲ್ಲದೆ 10ನೇ ತರಗತಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನಮಗೆ ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು 40ರ ಗಡಿ ದಾಟಿಸುವುದೇ ಅಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಅಂಕ ಸಿಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವಾಗಲೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣಲ್ಲಿ ಕಣ್ಣೀರು ಬದಲು ರಕ್ತ ಬರುತ್ತೆ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ನಿಮ್ಮಂತಹ ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತರು.Target 100 ಮಾಡಿ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಯಾವುದೇ Material ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲೂ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. ನಾವು ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಿಂದ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳತ್ತೇವೆ. ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಒಂದಿಬ್ಬರು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಉಪಯೋಗ ಬರುತ್ತೆ. ಆದರೆ ನಾವು ಪಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಅವಹೇಳನ ಮಾಡಬೇಡಿ ಪ್ಲೀಸ್. ನಿಮಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದರೆ ಅಂತಹ Mail ಗಳನ್ನು ಓದದೆ Delete ಮಾಡಿ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ target 40 ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು material ತಯಾರು ಮಾಡಿದವರಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನೂ ಒಬ್ಬ. ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ನೋವಾಗುತ್ತೆ ಕಣ್ರಿ. ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಅಂತ ತಯಾರಿಸಿದ notes ಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸದೆ Share ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಅಷ್ಟೇ. ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲೇಬೇಕೆಂಬ ನಿಯಮವೇನು ಇಲ್ಲವಲ್ಲಾ. ನಾವು ಮಾಡಿದ Material ನಾವೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಗೇ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ.
