ಜಯಶಂಕರ್ ಸರ್ , 1 ರಿಂದ 7 ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ವರೆಗೆ ಏನು ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ? ನಮ್ಮ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮೊದಲು ಕಲಿಕೆಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಮೂಲ ಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಕೊಡಲಿ. ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಕಳಿಸದ ಪೋಷಕರಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ , ಮತದಾನದ ಹಕ್ಕು ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡಲಿ. 1 ರಿಂದ 5 ನೇ ತರಗತಿಗೆ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಲಿ. ಆ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮುಂದೆ ಓದುವ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರ ನೇತ್ೃ ತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಬರೆಯಲಿ. ವಿಫಲವಾದವರ ಹೊಣೆ ಯನ್ನು1 ರಿಂದ 5 ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಿಗೆ ಹೊರಿಸಿ , ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಮುಂದಿನ ಹಂತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದು ಮುಂದಿನ ಹಂತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಈ ರೀತಿ ಚರ್ಚಿಸುವ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಬೀಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಏನಂತೀರಿ?
