I never agree that high school teachers only concentrate on 10th. leaving 8th and 9th.
Most of teacher will put same efforts for 8th and 9th also. But failing system is not there. we can fail the 9th std student. But dept says that do remedial teaching for failed 9th std students in summer holidays. conduct another exam in the month of June. It is again extra stress and strain to high school teacher. most of teacher opinion that public exam is must for 7th....... than only we get quality students....... but dept never put public exam to 7th. If it, govt can order to conduct public exam in 8th std. Again only high school teacher will suffer........... No tension to primary teachers nor to PUC lectures.
