Not effects for financial benifits,,but seniority effects means ,,who is juniors now they will became hm's.. We had seniority eventhough we worked as assistants and we losses one hm increaments.. It will effects for pension (before 2006 appointment & NPS).and also losses fixation at d time of forth coming new pay scales announced by d govt..
