Good morning sir /Madam I am writing this letter because to inform about special allowance I am vanishree appointed in the year 2010 after one 2years some of us refunded special allowance and get salary but many of the teachers who appointed in the same year they are getting special allowance I don't know what's the reason please respond for this.
