Have you read "The Purloined Letter" by Edgar Allen Poe? The basic
story is that a man is in possession of a letter that the government
or some other organization badly wants their hands on. He is afraid
to carry it because he knows he will be mugged for it, he is afraid to
leave it in his house because he knows it will be ransacked.
Eventually, he cleverly decides to leave it on his coffee table. When
he comes home, his house has been totally ransacked, couch cushions
pulled apart, etc. The letter remains on the table untouched, as the
intruders didn't consider to look for it in such an obvious place.

Yesterday, Chris wrote me offlist expressing his mild embarrassment
for asking where the agg module could be found, after failing to find
it on google. It didn't occur to him to check the mpl src code,
assuming it was a 3rd party module. So don't feel stupid -- it
happens to everyone. Or perhaps we're all stupid. Well, everyone but
Robert.
