Yes, we are getting close. There are a few bugs on the tracker I would
like to clear

I will put out another release candidate as soon as the sphinx fixes
are in and we have had a chance to clear some of these.  The last one
isn't a regression (it is present in 0.98.2) so it isn't a show
stopper, but it would be good to clear nonethless.
