Hi all, I've submitted a patch to matplotlib/lib/matplotlib/backends/backend_wx.py on the bug tracker (http://sourceforge.net/tracker2/?func=detail&aid=2166139&group_id=80706&atid=560722 ). I'd appreciate feedback on it and am looking forward to the functionality making it into an upcoming release.
Briefly, the patch fixes a bug when running under Windows and implements draw_image for the backend.
