Try again, and make sure you reinstall mpl from HEAD? There were a
couple of bugs in the matplotlib.mlab.cohere math string that was
causing an error on my box
C_{xy} = \\frac{|P_{xy}|^2}{P_{xx}P_{yy}}
It looks like I forgot to commit the change (now in r6289).
