Yeah, that worked.  Removed the link from
distutils/cygwinccompiler.py.  I didn't get the error from python 2.4
or 2.5, but that's probably because I have had them installed for a
while and these dll's have been installed from other modules.  I'll
try to get some binaries posted soon.
