If you see my other post titled (Segmentation Fault TkAgg backend). I was getting a seg fault It appears to be a problem with the MPL in the scipy superpack. When I reinstalled your package it worked again. The reason I installed the scipy superpack was it was the only package installer for scipy. Any chance of you posting a package installer of scipy?
