Hi, when I plot 2D data with imshow() and then add a contour plot, my contours have an offset in relation to the data. At the same time there is white space at the edge of my plot, so I assume that it is the imshow plot that actually gets shifted. I'm new to Python and matplotlib, so I don't really understand that. Can anybody give me a hint about how to get rid of this offset?
